    The Wrath of the Lich King website has just been updated with addition of two beasties we will be facing when we journey into the lands of Northrend. They made the wise decision of not starting the preview of the monsters with the Ice Troll and Wendigo but with the Nerubian Vizier and Plague Eruptor.     WoW is quickly becoming a real life Skynet as it covers more and more parts of the world and draws in more and more people to play. 10 million worldwide subscriptions doesn’t come close to the numbers MapleStory has but that game isn’t American so it doesn’t count.     How come all this stuff happens only in China? How come there’s no European or American crazy-nut-love dealing with videogames? Seriously, in the U.S. people are still blaming Doom and Counter Strike, we have to move past all the old PC games into the next generation.

    I just saw a new WOW commercial featuring Verne Troyer and I quickly ran through the interwebs looking for it to show it to you loyal fans. Couldn’t find it but I did find international versions that you might want to check out as well.     Blizzard really wants the “Biggest MMO in the world” title for their game don’t they ? They are now preparing a Russian version of WoW which will be the fifth European language version of the game. They are going to have to do a lot of hard work to beat the colossus known as Maplestory if they want that MMO crown. Maplestory numbers are tremendous but are not really known because… well because its not an American game, and if its not AMERICAN it doesn’t count!
