Gamer2Gamer Legal Online Trading?

Sparter's new beta Gamer2Gamer is making a bold statement saying a wide range of games including WoW is supported by this 'legal' online trading. I'm really curious to see what Blizzard (and others) have to say about this. (Read Article)
