Addicted to MMOs? Move to South Korea

We at Total MMO know that MMOs can be great fun as long as your guild isn't disbanding because your guild leader got drunk at a party and made out with some random girl and then your guild leader's girlfriend found out about it and logged on to his account and destroyed all his items, gave away all his gold, and sent obscene messages to every guild member. So as long as that isn't happening, MMOs can be pretty sweet.
So sweet, in fact, that MMOs might even be addicting! Fortunately, new hope exists for the MMO addicted. A nytimes.com article reports how South Korea, among the world's leaders in technology, is now seeking to be the world's leader in treating technology addiction -- specifically, addiction to the Internet.
Participants in South Korea's boot-camp style rehab center (creatively named the "Jump Up Internet Rescue School" or JUIRS) get to live in an isolated compound and run obstacle courses until the burning need to play WoW passes. Most participants are young boys but we think JUIRS would probably admit exceptionally addicted females as well. The camp is entirely funded by the South Korean government so it's free! Entry to the program is highly competitive so begin writing your personal essays today.
