NC Soft DID come out on top from the Marvel lawsuit
NCsoft recently acquired total control of COH/COV as Cryptic Studios headed over to make the Marvel MMO. I made this post a week ago speculating on how this whole deal went about and how NC Soft came out basically untouched. Now, according to 1UP.com and Next-gen, the Marvel Universe MMO is looking like it's heading the way of the West African Black Rhino. This means that you are probably not going to find this game in your local game shop. Apparently the game is so fugly that if there isn't a turn around soon the game is going to be axed.
And like I speculated in my earlier post, after the dust settles NC Soft will be the only ones that actually come out clean from all this chaos, because it looks like Marvel might not be getting their MMO and Cryptic is going to have to move on and start something else.
NC Soft must have made a deal with some aliens from the future or something comparable because these dudes have a lot of good stuff out now and some excellent things coming up.
