Here is my dwarf with the Brewfest hat, boots, and regalia. He also has the Yellow Brewfest Stein (right) and the Dark Iron Tankard (left) that's no longer available because Blizz disabled the Dark Iron attacks cause of spamming.

The non-combat pet for this event, the Wolpertinger. There no secret way to getting them you just need to complete a quest.

This seems to be a semi-random reaction when drinking. It was funny that this girl character starting right from the first drink and it continued on for ten drinks after that. But this didn't let me get drunk which didn't let me complete the couple of quests you need to be drunk to be able to finish. It did randomly stopped after a while. I think that it really depends on the character and the type of brew you are drinking, my dwarf could sit there for half an hour drinking the other two without anything comming up but the Gordok brew sends him spewing like mad. My Draenei also spewed with the Gordok, so there might be a better chance to spew when you drink that specific brew.
